Let Your Yoga Dance!

The joyful movement practice for everyone, a Let Your Yoga Dance class works to improve both your outlook and your physical well being with an invitation to laugh and play – to dance and de-stress – to stretch and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we’ll move through yoga poses and yogic philosophies… but poses are NOT held or done on a mat: instead, they are DANCED through to an array of music (pop, kirtan, oldies, world beat…) and coupled with both choreographed and free form movement, all designed to be enjoyable and doable for all bodies (regardless of age/fitness level/previous experience/pesky inner critics who all too often make us doubt our own awesomeness!).
This hour-long class includes:
-a centering warm up
-ample opportunity to dance your heart out with a combination of guided and free dance
-a gentle yoga cool down
-a final relaxation and meditation
-a bonus dose of bliss to take home with you (don’t be surprised if the resulting glow rubs off on others in your life, that is a much-reported side effect of the practice!)
